Lydia Mamakor Kallon, 47, passed on Sunday September 6, 2020. Born in Monrovia, Liberia on the 30th of January 1973, Lydia was the daughter of Marie Loe Kallon and the late Karlor Kallon. She was the wife of Mr. Sam Kollor. She is survived by her children, Emily V Yates, Jonlynda S Rogers, Winston C Kallon. Granddaughter, Princess Hazel Yates. Niece, Lydia Kallon (small Lydia). Grand Nieces Eva P Kallon, Valerie B Kallon. Brother, Arthur Kallon, Henry Kallon Brima Kallon. Sisters, Lucrecla George, Florence Kallon, Louise Harvest Hilton, Patience Hilton, Satabah Kallon, along with many other relatives.
She has been employed at Charlesgate Nursing home after receiving her certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Comprehensive Health Academy. She was a devoted member of Living Faith Church Worldwide (Winners Chapel) where she served as an usher and a Deaconess.
A memorial service will be held Friday, September 25th from 6pm until 9pm and then Saturday, September 26th 9am until noon in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Providence.
